Symposium Fees

After registration, you will receive an invoice by email specifying the VAT. In the registration form, the participation fee including 21% VAT is displayed;
Regular delegate – €695.75
One-day participant / student – €272.25

Entitlements

• Participation in all sessions;
• Online access to presentations;
• Coffee, tea and lunches on the three symposium days.

Participants from low-income and developing countries may apply for financial support to facilitate their participation in the symposium. A limited number of grants might become available and will be awarded based on eligibility and availability of funds. Please send an email to: eciffo.[antispam].@ncgg.info

Students

We particularly welcome MSc and PhD students, offering students a reduced fee to participate.

* To qualify for the reduced fee, please reply to the subscription confirmation e-mail with a digital (e.g. scanned) copy of your recent student card that clearly shows your name and year of subscription, or a certificate of registration.

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation

  Cancellations and/or changes of symposium and dinner should be addressed to the Symposium Secretariat (eciffo.[antispam].@ncgg.info).

  • Cancellation before April 1^st, 2026: full refund of registration fee minus € 40,- (administration costs).
  • Cancellation before May 31^st, 2026: 50% refund of the fee.
  • Cancellation after June 1^st, 2026: no refund. The full registration fee will be charged.
